  • How does shipping work?
    Items ship within three to five business days of receiving your order. We contract USPS First Class for domestic and international shipments. If you have expedited shipping needs, please contact us at when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • What is your return policy?
    From conception to design to finished product, we instill the highest level of attention to detail and quality control. Due to our products being handmade, variations are expected and celebrated. Some items may vary more in size and/or color than you might expect. We take great pride in our work and value each and every customer. We want you to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or there was an error in your shipment, please contact us at to process a return. Returns of undamaged merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund or store credit. A free shipping return label will be provided to return the item and the item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • How do I take care of my jewelry?
    Our jewelry is beautiful and delicate, just like the natural world we live in, and should be protected and cared for just the same. Our materials don't mix well with moisture. Avoid contact with water, lotion and perfume, and do not store in damp areas, such as the bathroom. To clean brass items, avoid using harsh chemicals that can be harmful to the environment. Mix lemon juice and baking soda into a paste, rub onto the surface with a cloth, then gently rinse and buff dry to a shine. Beaded work can be washed with soap and water.
  • Do you do repairs?
    With different hands crafting each piece, we celebrate the uniqueness and differences that naturally occur with handmade craftswomanship. We strive for the best quality possible with our quality control measures, however our customers may occasionally experience a breakage. We stand behind our craftswomanship and offer repairs for free if we determine the breakage to be a manufacturing fault as opposed to wear and tear. If an item breaks due to normal use over time, repairs may be arranged for a reasonable fee. Contact us at to inquire about a repair.
  • Can I set up an account on your website?
    At this time, in an effort to protect our customer's personal information, we are not offering the option to create a personal account on our website. Return customers will need to fill out their information during the check-out process each time they make a purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
